30-Day Return Policy
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility

- ✔ Custom-made, personalized, or OEM products are non-refundable unless manufacturing defects are confirmed.
- ✔ Products that are damaged due to misuse, heavily used, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
- ✔ Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
Return Process
- ✔ Return or exchange requests should be submitted within 5 days after delivery.
- ✔ Approved returns can be completed within 30 days of delivery.
- ✔ Return shipping costs are covered by Sonia Collections™ for approved claims.
- ✔ Incorrect or damaged products qualify for free replacement or return pickup after verification.
Refund Policy
- ✔ Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned product has been inspected.
- ✔ No restocking fees or hidden charges apply to approved returns.
- ✔ Refunds are issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
Bulk, OEM, private label, and custom-manufactured orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless a verified manufacturing defect or shipment error is confirmed by Sonia Collections™.
