• ✔ Approved returns can be completed within 30 days of delivery.

• ✔ Incorrect or damaged products qualify for free replacement or return pickup after verification.

Refund Policy

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Bulk, OEM, private label, and custom-manufactured orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless a verified manufacturing defect or shipment error is confirmed by Sonia Collections™.
