Welcome to Sonia Collections™. We are an EPCH-verified manufacturer and exporter of handmade rugs, home textiles, and handcrafted home décor products from India. The following Shipping, Delivery, Return, and Purchase Terms apply to all retail and wholesale orders placed through our website.
Shipping & Delivery (Retail Orders)
- ✔ Free worldwide shipping on eligible retail orders.
- ✔ India Delivery: 2–7 Business Days.
- ✔ USA Delivery: 7–12 Business Days (DDP – Duty Paid Delivery).
- ✔ International Delivery: 7–14 Business Days.
- ✔ Order Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days.
- ✔ Import duties and local taxes outside the USA are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Returns & Refund Policy
- ✔ Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- ✔ Return requests should be submitted within 5 days after delivery.
- ✔ Defective or incorrect products qualify for replacement or refund after verification.
- ✔ Return shipping is covered by Sonia Collections™ for approved claims.
- ✔ Refunds are processed within 3 business days after inspection.
- ✔ Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
Order Cancellation
- ✔ Orders cancelled before dispatch receive a full refund.
- ✔ Orders cancelled after dispatch may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Bulk & Wholesale Orders
- ✔ Minimum Bulk Order: 50 Pieces.
- ✔ Production & Dispatch: 45–60 Days.
- ✔ Sea Freight Shipping from Nhava Sheva Port, Mumbai.
- ✔ OEM Manufacturing & Private Label Services Available.
- ✔ Samples are available. Sample and shipping charges apply.
- ✔ Bulk orders are non-returnable unless manufacturing defects are confirmed.
Payments
- ✔ Secure payments through PhonePe, Razorpay, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards.
- ✔ International payments are accepted in multiple currencies.
