For selected products, custom sizes, colors or specifications

Do you ship retail orders internationally?

products and destinations. Delivery time and shipping charges
depend on the product, destination and shipping service.
Do you offer DDP for retail orders?
DDP shipping may be available for selected destinations and

transactions. Customers should complete payments only through

Retail Returns & Refunds
What is your retail return policy?
Eligible retail products may be returned within
30 days of delivery. A return request should
normally be submitted within 5 days of delivery.Products should be returned in acceptable condition and proof
of purchase may be required.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact us promptly with your order details and
supporting photographs.After verification, eligible claims may qualify for a
replacement or refund. Approved claim-related
return shipping may be covered by Sonia Collections™.
How are retail refunds processed?
Approved refunds are normally processed within
3 business days after inspection and issued
through the original payment method whenever possible.
Are customized products eligible for retail returns?
Custom-made or personalized products may have different return
conditions. Please confirm the applicable terms with us before
placing a customized order.

Do you supply wholesale and bulk orders?
Yes. Sonia Collections™ specializes in
wholesale supply, bulk production, container shipments
and factory-direct exports for international buyers.
What is your wholesale MOQ?
Our standard wholesale MOQ is generally
50 pieces. However, MOQ can vary depending on
the product, size, material and customization requirements.
Do you offer OEM manufacturing?
Yes. We provide OEM manufacturing for international
brands, retailers, importers and wholesale buyers according to
agreed product specifications.
Do you offer Private Label production?
Yes. Private Label services can include agreed
branding, labels, packaging and product specifications
for eligible projects.
Can you make custom sizes, colors and designs?
Yes. Depending on the product and order quantity, we can discuss
custom sizes, colors, materials, patterns and designs
according to buyer requirements.
Do you provide samples for wholesale orders?
Yes, samples may be available depending on the product and
project. Sample charges may apply. Sample
requirements are confirmed before development.
How long does bulk production take?
Wholesale production and dispatch can generally take
45–60 days, depending on product type,
quantity, customization, raw materials and production
requirements.The final timeline is confirmed before the order is finalized.
How are wholesale and OEM payments handled?
Wholesale and OEM payment terms are agreed before production.
A common arrangement may be 50% advance payment and
50% balance before loading/shipment, subject to the
final commercial agreement.The agreed payment schedule will be confirmed in the quotation
or order documentation.
Do you accept international bank transfer payments?
Yes. International wholesale and OEM orders can be handled
through agreed Bank Transfer / TT payment terms,
depending on the transaction and commercial agreement.
Can you provide FOB or delivered pricing?
Yes. We can discuss FOB or delivered pricing
depending on product, quantity, destination and shipping
requirements.
Do you provide container shipments?
Yes. We support bulk and container shipments
for international buyers. Sea freight can be arranged through
appropriate export logistics channels, including
JNPT / Nhava Sheva Port, Mumbai.
Do you provide export documentation?
Yes. Relevant export and shipping documentation is provided
according to the order, destination and applicable requirements.
Do you offer worldwide export shipping for bulk orders?
Yes. We work with international buyers and can discuss shipping
solutions for the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia
and other international destinations.
Wholesale & OEM Order Terms
Are wholesale and bulk orders returnable?
Wholesale and bulk orders are generally
non-returnable because they are produced and
packed according to agreed specifications.Verified manufacturing defects or shipment errors will be
reviewed and resolved promptly.
Are OEM and Private Label orders refundable?
Custom-made, OEM and Private Label orders are
generally non-refundable once production has started.Confirmed manufacturing defects or shipment errors will,
however, be reviewed and resolved appropriately.
Can a wholesale order be cancelled?
Wholesale, OEM and Private Label cancellation terms depend on
the stage of production and the agreed commercial terms.Cancellation conditions are confirmed before production begins.
