Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Terms

Sonia Collections™ is an EPCH Verified Manufacturer & Exporter of handmade rugs, home textiles and handcrafted home décor products from India. The following information applies to eligible retail purchases and wholesale or export orders, subject to the terms confirmed for each order.

Shipping & Delivery

• Free worldwide shipping may be available on eligible retail products when expressly stated at checkout.
• USA delivery may take approximately 7–12 business days for eligible shipments. DDP is available only when expressly agreed for the order.
• International delivery may take approximately 7–14 business days, depending on destination, carrier and customs clearance.
• Typical processing time for eligible ready-to-ship products is approximately 1–3 business days.
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may change because of customs, carrier delays, holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
• Import duties and local taxes outside the USA may apply unless the order explicitly states otherwise.
• Bulk orders may require separate production schedules and freight arrangements agreed with the buyer.

Returns & Refunds

• Eligible retail products may be returned subject to the return conditions confirmed for the relevant order and applicable law.
• Please contact us within 5 days of delivery to report damaged, defective or incorrect items. Include order details and supporting photographs where possible.
• Approved returns, replacements or refunds will be assessed according to the product, order terms and applicable law.
• Return shipping costs and refund processing times will be communicated when a return request is approved.
• Approved refunds will generally be sent through the original payment method, subject to payment provider processing times.
• Proof of purchase may be required. Custom-made, personalized and bulk wholesale orders may be subject to different conditions.

Order Cancellation

• Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible before dispatch or production begins.
• Once an order has been dispatched or custom production has started, cancellation may be restricted by the agreed order terms and applicable law.
• Any applicable cancellation charges or refund deductions will be disclosed before processing the cancellation.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

• Minimum order quantities depend on the product, design and production requirements. The applicable MOQ will be confirmed in the quotation or proforma invoice.
• Custom and wholesale production may take approximately 45–60 days, depending on the product, quantity, materials and approved design.
• Sea freight may be arranged through Nhava Sheva (JNPT), Mumbai, or another agreed port and shipping route.
• OEM manufacturing, custom production and private-label options are available for selected products.
• Samples may be available for a charge. Sample costs, courier charges and delivery arrangements will be confirmed before payment.
• Bulk, custom-made and private-label orders are generally non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect, incorrect supply or other remedy is required under the agreed terms or applicable law.

Payments

• Online payments are processed through PayGlocal when it is offered as the payment provider at checkout.
• Available payment methods and currencies are displayed during checkout and may vary by transaction and country.
• Orders, samples and production work may be subject to payment confirmation and the terms stated in the relevant quotation or invoice.

Privacy & Intellectual Property

• Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to process payments, fulfil orders, arrange delivery or meet legal requirements.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website content, original product photography, branding, trademarks and logos belonging to Sonia Collections™ may not be copied or commercially reused without authorization.

Product Information

• Factory-direct manufacturing and export services are available for selected products.
• Product specifications, materials, colours and dimensions may vary within the tolerances disclosed for handmade products.
• OEM manufacturing and private-label production are subject to confirmed specifications, artwork approval, MOQ and agreed production terms.
