Shipping & Delivery

• Free worldwide shipping on eligible orders.
• India: 4–7 business days.
• USA & International: 12–14 business days.
• USA: DDP delivery with no additional import duties.
• Other countries: Import duties and taxes are buyer's responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns/exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Request must be submitted within 5 days.
• Defective or incorrect items qualify for replacement.
• Eligible return shipping is covered by Sonia Collections™.
• Refunds are issued after inspection.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Order Cancellation

• Before dispatch: Full refund.
• After dispatch: 10% cancellation fee may apply.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

• Minimum order: 50 pieces.
• Production & dispatch: 45–60 days.
• Sea freight from Nhava Sheva, Mumbai.
• OEM & Private Label available.
• Samples available; charges apply.
• Bulk orders are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Payments

Secure payments are accepted through PhonePe, Razorpay, PayPal and major credit/debit cards. International payments may be accepted in multiple currencies.

Privacy

Customer information is used for order processing, support and improving our services. We do not sell customer data.
